Welcome to What Laundry? We understand the mind numbing, irritating nature of never-ending laundry piles, and we've got you covered. Our full service laundry solutions are tailored to individuals and families of all sizes. Discover the ease of our pick-up, wash & fold, steam, and delivery service.
STEP ONE
Gather your dirty laundry into your reusable bag* provided by What Laundry? No need to separate colors or check pockets!

STEP TWO
Scan your personalized QR code* to schedule a pick-up. Here you can choose your detergent, scent, softener, or provide your own! Notes about specific laundry pieces or stains can be communicated here as well.

STEP THREE
What Laundry? picks up and weighs your laundry. Whites and Colors are separated, and items removed from pockets to return. Laundry is washed & dried, folded neatly, and placed back into your cleaned reusable bag. Steamed items are hanged and protected.
STEP FOUR
Your fresh laundry is delivered hassle-free to your doorstep, and an invoice is sent to your phone for payment via Venmo.

Morning pick-ups will be delivered that same afternoon/evening (except Sundays). Afternoon pick-ups will be delivered the following afternoon/evening.
PRICELIST
Laundry is cleaned at $2 per pound pre-wash weight.​ The weight of the reusable bag is always deducted, so rest assured you only pay for what you need washed!

Scent additions and fabric softener options are available for an additional $0.25 per pound. Pick and choose your ultimate laundry experience for the utmost in enjoyment and satisfaction.

Comforters are charged as a flat fee: $20 for Twin, Full, or Queen.
$25 for King size. Comforters are never added to your laundry weight.

All obvious stains will be pre-treated or soaked in Fels-Naptha or dish soap, unless otherwise requested. Complimentary bleach will also be used as needed, or opt to skip it- you are the boss of your laundry!
